City of Ansonia looking to expand 55 and older housing

Zoning and Planning in Ansonia is looking to increase the amount of senior housing, but at what cost. Is this an effort in combination with the removal of the residents on Olsen dr. By passing an ordinace stating that public housing be for 55 and older it will ensure that many of the residents from Olsen Dr must move out of the City. Was this planned?.....
