Recently there has been some squabbling over the progress of Downtown. Ironically the ones complaining are from the former administration. Democrats in the City of Derby are going to have a tough time making that argument. Is this a losing strategy for an attempted take back?

The Dems in Derby don't know what to do they have never been in this siuation before...Derby is no longer a Dem strong hold and they haven't realized it yet.
I wouldnt call 1 disgruntled ex president of the board of aldermen speaking squabbling.
